#48 And what's next in 2018? Surprises, lots of surprises :)

2018 is starting, so there's no better time to evaluate how 2017 went and to plan everything we want to achieve in 2018. One thing we can already tell you is that it will be full of surprises ;)

Overall, and as many of you already know, in 2017 we far exceeded our wildest expectations. I dare say we hadn't even dreamed of being where we are today. It's clear we have a great product , but that alone isn't enough. We need to know how to showcase it, make it known, and then sell it. Without a proper work strategy , all the hours we put in will be for nothing.

Our growth strategy has been based on two fundamental pillars: content creation through this blog and collaboration with professional cyclists.

Collaboration with professional cyclists.

One of the fundamental pillars for promoting Baggicase is that professional cyclists, those whom all cycling enthusiasts follow passionately, use it and show it on their social networks.

Once again we come across the need for a good product . A cyclist isn't going to show his thousands of followers a product he doesn't like or find useful. He'll only show it if it's useful and solves a problem. They're used to having all the material they need, and it's of the highest quality, so if they accept using a Baggicase and, on top of that, find it useful and of good quality, it's a clear sign that we have a great product , a product with a lot of potential .

Content creation.

The success of the crowdfunding campaign began over a year ago. To succeed with such a specific product, you need a community that's passionate about your product, which we didn't have, so we had to create one .

From the beginning, we were very clear that creating content was the best way to convince all the cyclists who came across us that we were creating such a good product that it was worth reading us every week .

This blog, accompanied by good social media work, would attract our target audience, but of course, it was pointless to attract them if, when they read it, they didn't find anything interesting. The strategy was clear: by creating interesting content , they would subscribe and become potential Baggicase customers .

And to demonstrate this growth, here is a graph showing the evolution of Baggicase subscribers since March, when we started with 0 subscribers, until today, when we are close to 1,200 .

In 2018, there are MANY SURPRISES waiting for you, and we will be revealing them to you on this blog.
