#9 WE PACK OUR BAGS
NEXT FRIDAY WE WILL LAUNCH A SPECIAL POST IN WHICH WE WILL PROPOSE YOU TO BETA TEST, OR IN OTHER WORDS, TESTERS OF THE FIRST VERSION OF BAGGICASE!

In the previous post, I told you about a call . That call that changed the course of BAGGICASE.
The call came from a Madrid-based craftsman who had agreed to work with us. He would be responsible for attaching the waterproof zipper to BAGGICASE, practically completing the first version of the prototype.
After going around in circles telling me a lot of things that weren't relevant, he ends up saying that he has a series of problems that prevent him from taking on the job .
The call hit me like a stone. Someone so important to the production of BAGGICASE couldn't let me down at this point. Just when it seems like everything's going smoothly and so little depends on chance, boom! The unexpected happens, and thank goodness ...
From that moment on, I started looking for someone who could do that job. I called numerous companies, but none of them did that kind of sewing. Sewing curves requires specific machinery, which isn't easy to find.
In that search, I suddenly found Ubrique , a town where a very high percentage of its citizens work in leatherwork, working with leather like no one else in the world. Major brands like Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Dior entrust these artisans with the production of their most prized leather goods.
I pick up the phone and start searching. The first contacts are more than satisfactory. They can do the job for us and they're also very helpful . Well, let's not talk about it anymore. We're off there, so we're already packing our bags because we're leaving for Ubrique next week.
There , the finest artisans in the world of leatherwork will be in charge of attaching the zipper to BAGGICASE . GREAT!
I have several versions of the prototype in the trunk of my car, and I also have plenty of fabric to make any necessary changes on the fly. Once we're in Ubrique and after traveling the more than 600 km that separate us, we can't go without anything.
Once we have the zipper installed, the first version of the prototype will be practically finished.
And why do I say the first version?
The final version of BAGGICASE will be the result of road testing by 30 volunteer cyclists. We'll create 30 test units from the first version so that 30 of you can try it and tell us what you think.
Once we receive your improvement suggestions, we'll create the final version, which will be submitted to the crowdfunding campaign.
