#41 Every cloud has a silver lining!
As I said, every cloud has a silver lining, and I can prove it!
In post #5 of this blog, there's a perfect example. It was called DON'T GIVE UP! You probably don't remember it anymore, so I'll briefly summarize what I explained there.
At the time, I was looking for material suppliers and a prototyping team to develop baggicase , which was just an idea in my head at the time. The timing was very delicate , and I was as nervous as the occasion required.
I placed all my hopes in a technical mountain equipment store in Madrid, and the meeting with the female owner couldn't have gone worse. Thank goodness! It happened because it was meant to . Thanks to her hostility, I ran away and went to meet the man I now consider my mentor in all things business. He helped me shape my project, welcomed me into his home , and had all the patience in the world to help me day after day with my project—and all for nothing in return . I still can't believe it!!!

Something similar happened in entry #9 , with the prototype design all clear, all that was missing was someone to make it a reality. Then a craftsman from Madrid who was going to be in charge of it ditched me at the last minute and thanks to him I went to Ubrique and met the people who are currently in charge of all the artisanal part of Baggicase, and they nailed it , never better said.
Well, just yesterday I experienced a similar situation again . With all the success I've had so far with crowdfunding , and with the certainty that Baggicase will be a company, I have to register as self-employed. To facilitate this process, local councils are making the PAE , or Entrepreneur Assistance Point , available to citizens. There, a person is in charge of advising them on all the necessary procedures to register as self-employed .
I made my appointment and went there at the appointed time, 8 o'clock. When I arrived, the person who served me was chatting with colleagues, but as soon as he saw me, he served me and escorted me to his table.
From the first moment he began to ask me for information and more information, I told him what I knew but much more I had no idea, I thought that was the place and time to resolve the doubts but, apparently, it was not , when I had already hesitated in several answers he got angry and invited me to leave, I told him that there was no way , that I was not leaving without being registered as self-employed and I was wrong, from that moment on things got worse , so much so that there came a time when he took the initiative to get up and leave, it was me .
Maybe I was wrong in not doing my homework properly, but believe me, for someone like me, everything related to VAT, personal income tax, contribution bases, or activity headings is practically Chinese. I didn't understand anything and needed help, patience, and understanding to understand it.
Upon leaving the appointment, I was very upset and decided to call a fellow group member who is a manager . I was going to meet with him later, since I was already registered as a self-employed person, because I knew he would handle everything related to the financial management of Baggicase, but given the situation, I brought forward the appointment.
Perhaps he can tell me where to complete these procedures. He called me to his office half an hour later and in an hour and a half gave me a master's degree in business administration and the essential requirements for developing my new business. I left there happy and content . His colleagues will register me as self-employed , and he will handle everything related to the financial management of Baggicase as planned. All at a super-friendly price and with unparalleled professionalism and kindness .
