Shipping

1. BAGGICASE does not charge the customer for shipping costs for products purchased over 50 euros (VAT included). If the purchase price is less than 50 euros (VAT included), the shipping cost will be 6 euros (VAT included) and will be paid by the customer along with the purchase price.

2. The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.

3. By default, invoices will be sent to the email address provided by the customer when registering on the website or when placing the order.

4. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, orders are not shipped or delivered.

5. An order is considered delivered when the carrier hands the package(s) over to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt.

For orders under €50, remember that orders over €50 are always free. Shipping outside of Spain is €6.90 within Europe and €9.90 for the rest of the world.

Undelivered shipments: All shipments are delivered to the customer's home. If the customer is absent, a second delivery attempt will be made. If this second attempt fails, the package will remain at the courier company's office for 7 days, awaiting in-person collection by the customer.

If the shipment is not picked up within this timeframe, it will be returned to the Baggicase warehouse. In this case, we will notify the customer once received, and they will have two options:

  1. The merchandise will be sent to you again upon payment of €9.95 (amount of the second shipment).
  2. You will be refunded the product price less the outbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost. Baggicase will inform you of this amount at the appropriate time. (Please note that personalized products are non-refundable.)

Delivery methods and times

Product delivery is carried out through a courier service arranged by BAGGICASE with leading national transport agencies. Customers will be provided with the details of the transport agency responsible for the shipment, as well as a tracking number so they can track the shipment.

Delivery within the Iberian Peninsula is 24 hours if ordered before 11:00 a.m. and 48 hours if ordered after 11:00 a.m. Delivery within the Balearic and Canary Islands is 2 to 5 days. If we don't have stock, customers can sign up for a "waitlist" to be notified by email when we restock.

Return and cancellation policies

1. Return of products

Any item purchased on the website may be returned by the customer within 14 calendar days of receipt if it is not to the customer's liking or if for any other reason the customer withdraws from the purchase.

Products must be returned unused and in perfect condition; they must include accessories, documentation, and original packaging; otherwise, the item will be depreciated.

It is not possible to return a personalized product.

It shall only be liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish or verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

2. Procedure

To return a product, you must contact our Customer Service within 14 calendar days of receiving it using any of the following methods:

3. Shipping costs and return management

BAGGICASE does not collect returns from home unless previously agreed upon with the customer.

Returns are at the customer's expense and risk. In the case of returned products, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer, who will also arrange and contract the necessary transportation service with the agency that best suits their needs or offers the most competitive rates.

Once the merchandise has been received and verified to be in perfect condition, the purchase price will be refunded under the terms established in the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16) using the payment method chosen by the customer for the purchase.

4. Order Cancellation:

If the order is canceled before the goods have shipped, the customer will not be charged any fees. Cancellations made after the order has shipped will be governed by the provisions for returns.
