These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales of products made by BAGGICASE., to consumers in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands. 2. Prices

The prices published on the website are in Euros. All prices include VAT at the rate applicable on the day of the order; any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale on the website. Offers on products for sale on the website will be displayed in the "Offers" section or indicated on the product information sheet. Offers will be valid while they are displayed on the screen or, where applicable, until the end date of the offer displayed on the website.

3. Payment methods

The customer can freely choose to pay for purchases made on the website using: – Visa, Mastercard and American Express bank cards via Stripe – PayPal.

4. Products

The products offered by BAGGICASE are subject to availability. BAGGICASE reserves the right to modify the product range based on the conditions imposed by its suppliers.

5. Shipments

5.1 . BAGGICASE offers a single shipping option: Express 24h (except for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla). All orders will be delivered the next day if placed before 10:00 a.m. Orders placed after that time will leave the warehouse the calendar day following purchase.

BAGGICASE does not charge shipping costs for products purchased over 50 euros (VAT included) as long as they are shipped from anywhere in the Iberian Peninsula. Shipping costs for products purchased over 100 euros (VAT included) are free for any destination outside the Iberian Peninsula.

5.2. The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.

5.3. By default, invoices will be sent to the email address provided by the customer when registering on the website or when placing the order.

5.4. No departures or deliveries of orders are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

5.5. An order is considered delivered when the carrier hands the package(s) over to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt.

7. Return and cancellation policies

7.1 Return of products

Any item* purchased on the website may be returned by the customer within 14 calendar days of receipt if it is not to the customer's liking or if for any other reason the customer withdraws from the purchase.

Products must be returned unused and in perfect condition; they must include accessories, documentation, and original packaging; otherwise, the item will be depreciated.

It shall only be liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish or verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

*Products personalized with a name and/or flag through the “CUSTOM LIKE A PRO” section cannot be returned.

8. Warranty

In accordance with the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16), products have a legal warranty of two years from the date of delivery.

The consumer must inform BAGGICASE of any non-conformity of the product within two months of becoming aware of it.

The consumer has the right to have the product repaired, replaced, to a price reduction, or to terminate the contract, in accordance with the legally established terms.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or ordinary wear and tear of the product.

The warranty period is suspended for as long as the consumer is deprived of the product.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Applicable law: The interpretation and execution of these conditions, as well as all acts resulting from them, are governed by Spanish law.

Jurisdiction: For the resolution of disputes and waiving their own jurisdiction, if any, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the consumer and user's domicile.
